Williams in the spotlight

Brynn Rippy

As a high school student, Mrs. Williams attended our very own Dewey High. After graduating high school, she furthered her education at NSU in Tahlequah. As of now, she is getting her masters in school counseling through Southeastern. As a high school teacher, she has many different responsibilities.  She is responsible for the Yearbook, newspaper, speech and technology integration. She is also an excellent cheer coach, and next Saturday her cheer team will be attending game day competition. During her free time, she enjoys watching her children play sports and watching Grey’s Anatomy. When asked why she wanted to become a teacher, she said she doesn’t really know why. She has always wanted to be one ever since she was a little girl. She would also teach her stuffed animals as a child. One of her favorite teaching memories was her very first year at Dewey. This year, she expects her students to get unique experiences through her classes.
