Hurricane Dorian is the result of extreme flooding and high winds. It is thought that this hurricane will be entering into parts of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Southeast Virginia. The rain-bands of Hurricane Dorian are hitting the coast in the southeast. Wind-gusts in these rain-bands have reached up to 90 mph. There has also been an extreme case of beach erosion in Flagler Beach, Florida, Vero Beach, Florida, and Isle of Palms, South Carolina. A Storm Surge has been issued for Daytona, Beach, Florida, Jacksonville, Beach, St. Simons Island, Georgia, Tybee Island, Georgia, Charleston, South Carolina, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Wilmington, North Carolina. A storm surge warning means that there is a danger of life threatening flood. Water will be rising so quick from the coastline that it is ordered to evacuate. The other county’s in Florida have been issued a tropical storm warning. Tropical storms have winds at least 39 mph expected. Image result for hurricane dorian pictures
