The Life Of Coach Turner

Trent Turner started his life in Miami, Oklahoma, where he played football, basketball, and ran track, but has now found his place here as the Dewey Bulldogger’s head football coach.  Coach Turner went to college at Oklahoma State University and Northern State University. His goals for 2019-2020 are for his football team to make the playoffs and for every student in all of his classes to pass with at least a B. During Coach Turner’s free time, he likes to grill or smoke food and play cornhole with his family. There are a couple of reasons why Coach Turner became a teacher. Many of his family members are teachers, and he wanted to be a great influence on young people. Coach Turner has been teaching for five years now. He teaches current events, economics, and world cultures. Mr. Turner wanted to become a teacher at Dewey Public School because he loves the community and it is a great place to raise a family.  Coach Turner has already had a huge positive impact on the community, including starting new traditions of spreading Bulldogger Pride!
